Custom orders begin from S$690 for Big Fluffy 35 cm and S$890 for the Travel Duo. Your final price will follow the usual pricing of the Collective by Aoki colourway or material you choose. For Travel Duo, Big Fluffy and Mini Fluffy may each be in a different colourway.

If either selected colourway is priced higher than the base custom-order price, an additional top-up will be required before production begins. We’ll contact you within 6 business hours to confirm any price difference.

Made Just For You begins with colours and materials already living within the Collective by Aoki world.

For the 35 cm, simply choose the existing colourway you’d like her in.

For the Travel Duo, you can choose one colourway for Big Fluffy and another for her Mini companion — or keep them perfectly matched.

Selected colourways and material stories from other eligible Collective by Aoki designs may also be brought into the Travel with Fluffy silhouette where possible.

Every request is individually reviewed before production because different materials may behave differently across the 35 cm and Mini silhouettes.

02 — We Check Both Little Details

Our team will contact you within 6 business hours to review your request, check material availability and make sure your chosen colourways can be beautifully adapted to each silhouette.

For Travel Duo requests, Big and Mini are reviewed individually, especially when two different colourways or materials are selected.

03 — You Confirm Them

We’ll confirm your selected colourways, materials, hardware, finishing details and final pricing with you before production begins.

If Big and Mini use differently priced materials, we’ll clearly confirm any applicable difference with you.

04 — Then We Make Them

Once everything has been confirmed, your Travel with Fluffy will enter production and be individually handcrafted specially for you.

Every customised Travel with Fluffy is individually handcrafted with close attention to her structure, stitching, hardware and finishing.

Travel Duo orders involving two different materials or more complex finishing may occasionally require additional production time.

If so, we’ll let you know before production begins.

Your customised Travel with Fluffy will be prepared for delivery once production is complete.

International

International orders are shipped via a trusted courier service selected according to destination.

Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.

The delivery estimate begins after your custom order has completed production.

Customs duties, taxes or import fees, where applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every custom request is individually reviewed before production begins.

For Travel Duo orders, Big Fluffy and Mini Fluffy are reviewed individually according to their selected colourways, materials and finishing details.

Once everything is confirmed, each Fluffy is handcrafted according to the agreed design.

Their materials, hardware, stitching, structure and signature details go through our usual quality checks before they are carefully packed with their adoption essentials.

Then they’re ready for their next adventure — together.

Every Collective by Aoki piece is an original design, thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail.

Your customised Travel with Fluffy arrives with an Adoption Certificate as a mark of authenticity.

Custom orders are subject to material availability and design feasibility.

Colours and materials must be selected from existing Collective by Aoki offerings. We do not offer custom-dyed faux fur colours or completely new material development.

Not every material can be adapted to both Travel with Fluffy silhouettes. For Travel Duo orders, the feasibility of Big and Mini’s selected colourways will be assessed individually.

Different colourways may use different materials and craftsmanship, so final pricing may vary according to each selected design. Any applicable price difference will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Once your customisation, final price and design details have been confirmed and production has begun, customised orders cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or returned for change of mind.

As every Fluffy is individually handcrafted, slight variations in faux fur placement, leather grain, texture, colour, decorative finishes, stitching and measurements may naturally occur.

For Travel Duo orders using the same colourway, slight natural differences between Big and Mini may still occur due to their handcrafted nature.
