These are our way of welcoming her home and making every adoption feel like the beginning of a new story.
Will every Little Miss receive the same adoption set?
Yes. Every authentic Little Miss arrives with her adoption essentials.
Some limited editions or special releases may include additional surprises, but every Little Miss is welcomed home with her core adoption keepsakes.
What materials are used?
Every Little Miss is thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected materials chosen for both beauty and everyday use.
Depending on the collection, materials may include:
• Genuine calf leather
• Premium man-made faux fur
• Premium TPU (for GELÉE Collection)
• Canvas and other speciality fabrics (selected collections)
Each material is chosen to best suit the design of that particular Little Miss while maintaining the quality and character she’s known for.
Why do different collections use different materials?
Each collection is designed with a different purpose in mind.
Some Little Misses are created to feel extra soft and comforting, while others are designed for travel, daily errands, rainy days, or lightweight everyday carrying.
Rather than using the same material for every design, we choose what best complements each collection’s personality, function, and style.
It’s all part of creating companions that are beautiful, practical, and made to be loved.
How do I care for my Little Miss?
A little care goes a long way.
We recommend keeping your Little Miss in her dust bag when she’s not in use, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain, and storing her in a cool, dry place.
With a little love and care, she’ll stay by your side for many adventures to come.
How do I clean the faux fur?
For everyday care, gently brush the fur with your fingers or a soft-bristled brush to help restore its fluffy texture.
If needed, lightly wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth. Avoid machine washing, soaking, or using harsh cleaning products, as these may affect the appearance and feel of the fur.
Can my Little Miss get wet?
We recommend avoiding heavy rain or prolonged exposure to water whenever possible.
If she gets caught in light rain, gently pat her dry with a clean towel and allow her to air dry naturally. Avoid using a hair dryer or placing her under direct heat.
For our GELÉE Collection, the premium TPU material is naturally more water-friendly, making it a wonderful companion for rainy days and everyday adventures.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our processing time depends on whether your Little Miss is ready to adopt or made to order.
Ready to Adopt
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Made to Order / Backorder
Estimated production time is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the collection. If a longer lead time applies, it will always be stated on the product page.
Once your Little Miss begins her journey, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow her all the way home.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship Little Misses worldwide.
Shipping times vary depending on your destination, and all international orders include tracking so you can follow your Little Miss throughout her journey.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely.
As soon as your Little Miss has been carefully packed and begins her journey home, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow every step of her adventure.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s import regulations.
As these charges are set by your local customs authority, they aren’t included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.
If you’re unsure about your country’s import policies, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we’ll always be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We completely understand that plans can change.
If you’d like to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your Little Miss has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or has already begun her journey home, we may no longer be able to make changes.
We’ll always do our very best to help whenever possible.
Can I adopt more than one Little Miss?
Absolutely.
Many of our adopters welcome more than one Little Miss into their family. Some become companions for different occasions, while others simply couldn’t choose just one.
As a little thank you, adopters of two or more Little Misses may also receive special surprises reserved for our Little Miss family.
Will the colours look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to photograph every Little Miss as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of different materials.
These subtle variations are completely normal and part of what makes every Little Miss unique.
Will my Little Miss look exactly the same as another one?
Every Little Miss is thoughtfully crafted with carefully selected materials.
Small variations in fur texture, leather grain, stitching, or handcrafted finishing are a natural part of the making process and are not considered defects. They simply make your Little Miss uniquely yours.
