If your selected colourway is priced higher than the base custom-order price, an additional top-up will be required before production begins. Made Just For You begins with colours and materials already living within the Collective by Aoki world.

Choose an existing colourway you love, then decide how you’d like your Loulou finished — perhaps with different hardware, with or without her little feet, or in an eligible colour/material story currently found on another Little Miss.

Each request is individually reviewed before production because not every material behaves the same way on Loulou’s lower silhouette.

Depending on material availability and design feasibility, you may request:

An existing Collective by Aoki colourway made in the Little Miss Loulou silhouette
Gold or silver hardware
With or without Little Feet
Selected existing material combinations
Small design adjustments where possible

Please note: Colours and materials are selected from existing Collective by Aoki offerings. We are unable to custom-dye or create completely new faux fur colours.

02 — We Check the Little Details

Our team will contact you within 6 business hours to review your colourway request, check material availability and confirm that your selected colourway can be beautifully adapted to Loulou.

03 — You Confirm Her

We’ll confirm the colourway, materials, selected details and final pricing with you before production begins.

04 — Then We Make Her

Once everything has been confirmed, your Loulou will enter production and be individually handcrafted specially for you.

Every customised Little Miss Loulou is individually handcrafted with close attention to her distinctive low silhouette, longer handles, stitching and finishing.

Each piece goes through our usual quality checks before coming home.

Loulou keeps her signature low, compact silhouette with longer handles that give her that unmistakably relaxed proportion. Her detachable, adjustable strap lets you switch between carrying her by hand, over the shoulder or crossbody — depending on where the day takes you.

Loulou may sit low, but there’s still room for the little things you reach for throughout the day.

She fits your phone, small wallet or cardholder, keys, AirPods, sunglasses, lipstick, small pouch and other daily essentials.

Made to Order · Approximately 2–4 Weeks

Your estimated production period begins after your customisation, materials and final pricing have been confirmed with you.

Some specialty materials or more complex designs may require additional time. If so, we’ll let you know before production begins.

Singapore: Your customised Loulou will be prepared for delivery once production is complete.

International: International orders are shipped via a trusted courier service selected according to destination. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Customs duties, taxes or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every custom request is individually reviewed before production begins.

Once confirmed, your Loulou is handcrafted according to the agreed colourway, materials, hardware and finishing details.

Her materials, hardware, stitching, structure and signature Loulou details go through our usual quality checks before she is carefully packed with her adoption essentials and prepared for her journey home.

Every Collective by Aoki piece is an original design, thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail.

Your customised Little Miss Loulou arrives with her own Adoption Certificate as a mark of authenticity.

Custom orders are subject to material availability and design feasibility.

Colours and materials must be selected from existing Collective by Aoki offerings. We do not offer custom-dyed faux fur colours or completely new material development.

Not every material can be adapted to Loulou’s distinctive silhouette. If your selected colourway isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know and help recommend the closest available option.

Different colourways may use different materials and craftsmanship, so final pricing may vary. Any required top-up will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Once your customisation, final price and design details have been confirmed and production has begun, customised orders cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or returned for change of mind.

As every Loulou is individually handcrafted, slight variations in faux fur placement, leather grain, texture, colour, decorative finishes, stitching and measurements may naturally occur.

These little differences are part of what makes every Loulou uniquely hers.
