Terms & Condition

At Collective by Aoki (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to give you a fuss-free shopping experience and to provide accurate, up-to-date product information (descriptions, pricing, availability). However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. We reserve the right to change or update details at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions apply to collectivebyaoki.com (the “Site”) and form the conditions under which we supply products to you. By using the Site and placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1. Orders & Payments

  • To make a purchase, you must provide accurate personal details (name, address, phone number, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders, correct errors, and change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow, ApplePay & GooglePay.
  • All payments are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Cart contents may display in other currencies, but checkout is in SGD at current exchange rates.


2. Products & Availability

  • Each Little Miss is designed with love and crafted in limited quantities.
  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of faux fur/leather. These are not considered defects.
  • Limited edition and handmade items may have minor variations — part of their unique charm ✨.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days before shipment. (excluding pre-orders/made-to-order).
  • Local (Singapore): Complimentary shipping.
  • International: Rates calculated at checkout, shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to Customs.
  • Once handed to the courier, delays caused by Customs or logistics are beyond our control.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to duties/taxes imposed by your country’s Customs.
  • ⚠️ For U.S. customers: since Aug 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free rule has ended. All parcels may face duties and longer Customs clearance times.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • All items are sold as final sale — strictly no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • Claims for defective/wrong items must be made within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and an unedited unboxing video.
  • If approved, remedies include replacement (if available), store credit, or refund.
  • Pre-orders, custom items, and discounted/promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Pre-order and made-to-order items have longer lead times.
  • Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
  • Delays will not be grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
  • By placing a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, you agree to wait for the stated timeline (plus any reasonable delays).


7. Wrong Address & Returned Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect, no refunds will be issued. Reshipping (if possible) will incur additional fees.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • We pack every order with care. However, once shipped, damage/loss during transit is beyond our control.
  • In cases of parcels officially declared lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or store credit.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (text, images, designs, trademarks) belongs to Collective by Aoki.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission. (No stealing our fluff 💼✨).


10. Third-Party Purchases

  • Returns/refunds are only valid for orders placed directly on collectivebyaoki.com.
  • We are not responsible for items bought via resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized retailers.


11. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, Customs seizures).


12. Chargebacks & Currency

  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Any chargebacks in violation will be disputed with proof of acceptance.
  • Refunds (if any) are processed in SGD. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank charges.


13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
