However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. We reserve the right to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

These terms & conditions apply to collectivebyaoki.com (the “site”) and form the condition on which we supply products to you.

Please read all terms and condition before placing an order. By using the Site, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. 

Order and Payments

In order to placing/making purchase order on the Site, you will be required to provide us your personal details. You must provide your name, delivery address, phone number and other requested information as indicated. We reserves the rights for print errors, changes in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold-out items. You shall be responsible for the accuracy in your orders & represent and warrant both correct and valid person in the Billing Information provided. We reserves the rights to accept or decline any orders received through the site and also to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. 

We currently accept payments by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card),  GooglePay, ApplePay and PayNow. 

Payment currency

We process all orders in Singapore Dollars (SGD) 

Your content of your cart might display in your selected currency but during the checkout we will use SGD at the most current exchange rate. 

Exchange or Refund

All items sold are strictly non-refundable & non- exchangeable. Cancellation of pre-order or made to orders items are not permitted, as the expected waiting time is clearly outlined in our product description.

Defective or wrong products

If you have received defective or the wrong product please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your products. 

(Please take an unboxing video once you receive the product to qualify for returns, refunds or exchange)

Shipping and delivery

Singapore Orders:

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within Singapore.

International Orders:

International shipping is available. Shipping costs for orders outside Singapore will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any other customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other governmental fees that may apply. These charges, if applicable, are typically collected by your local customs authority or postal service upon delivery. We are not involved in determining or collecting these fees and cannot estimate what they may be for your country.

Returned Shipments:

If a shipment is returned to us for any reason (such as failure to pay customs fees or incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and return costs incurred.

Loss or Damage:

We take care to ensure your order is packed securely. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
