These terms & conditions apply to collectivebyaoki.com (the “site”) and form the condition on which we supply products to you.

Please read all terms and condition before placing an order. By using the Site, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. 

Order and Payments

In order to placing/making purchase order on the Site, you will be required to provide us your personal details. You must provide your name, delivery address, phone number and other requested information as indicated. We reserves the rights for print errors, changes in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold-out items. You shall be responsible for the accuracy in your orders & represent and warrant both correct and valid person in the Billing Information provided. We reserves the rights to accept or decline any orders received through the site and also to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. 

We currently accept payments by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card),  GooglePay, ApplePay and PayNow. 

Payment currency

We process all orders in Singapore Dollars (SGD) 

Your content of your cart might display in your selected currency but during the checkout we will use SGD at the most current exchange rate. 

Exchange or Refund

All items sold are strictly non-refundable & non- exchangeable.

Defective or wrong products

If you have received defective or the wrong product please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your products. 

(Please take an unboxing video once you receive the product to qualify for returns, refunds or exchange)

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is complimentary for all Singapore orders only. We also do International shipping, cost will be calculated on our checkout page. responsible for all customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. We has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside Singapore. In the case of returned shipments, the customers is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees. We will also not be liable for any loss or damaged goods sustained during delivery.
