A: Every Little Miss now comes with her own official documents — an Adoption Certificate and a Care Ritual Card.
Together, they prove she’s not just a bag — no shady copies, she’s family, authentic, and forever yours.

Q: Can I replace my papers if lost or damaged?
A: Sorry, each Adoption Certificate is unique and issued only once. Just like a real passport, we can’t reprint or duplicate it. Your Little Miss’ adoption is one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do older adoptions get papers too?
A: Adoption Papers starts from 20 September 2025. If you adopted before then, you’re part of our Founding Family 💕 — papers or not, your place in the Fluff Family is forever special.
Q: Where can I adopt an official Fluffy?

A: Each Little Miss is made-to-order with love. This ensures quality, reduces waste, and makes her adoption truly special. Waiting a little means she’s crafted just for you.
Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: We don’t take custom orders right now, but keep an eye on our drops — sometimes we sneaks in surprise collaborations.
Q: Will limited editions restock?
A: Nope ✨ — once a limited edition is sold out, she’s gone for good. That’s what makes her special.
Q: How do I care for my Little Miss?
A: Lightly brush her fur with a soft brush, and store her in her dust bag when not in use. For leather, use a gentle conditioner. Handle her with love. Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our Little Miss family is made with eco-friendly faux fur, rattan weaved, denim (varies by style) and calf leather. Every bag is crafted to be soft, durable, and designed for everyday mischief.
Q: Can I bring her to a bag spa?
A: Yes! If she needs a little more pampering, you can bring her to a trusted professional bag spa/cleaner. Just be sure to choose one experienced with faux fur and leather care.
Q: The leather has small wrinkles—is this normal?
A: Yes 💕 this is completely natural. Genuine leather has its own unique texture and grain. Tiny wrinkles or variations are part of what makes every Fluffy one-of-a-kind, not a defect ✨
Q: Will she shed or lose fluff?
A: She may shed a little at first — it’s normal for new faux fur friends. With gentle care and regular love, she’ll stay fluffy for years to come.
Q: Anything I should never do?
A: Please don’t soak, bleach, iron, or machine wash her. And never leave her squished for too long — she loves her space to stay bouncy and fluffy.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your Little Miss is on her way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
For Singapore deliveries, our team will message you directly to confirm the slot.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We currently ship to selected countries (listed at checkout). If your country isn’t listed, DM us and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
Q: Can I choose my courier?
A: We work with trusted partners like FedEx, DHL, Grab, and Lalamove. Requests for specific couriers can be considered, but may incur additional fees.
International Orders: We use Priority Shipping for all international orders at checkout. Priority comes at a higher cost but usually gets your Little Miss home faster and with smoother customs clearance. Standard shipping is currently unavailable.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your details before checking out. If an address error causes a failed or misdelivered parcel, the additional shipping fees (and any duties/taxes if re-imported) will be the customer’s responsibility. We’ll do our best to help reroute her, but we can’t cover costs caused by incorrect info.

Q: What if customs refuses or destroys my parcel?
A: While this is rare, customs authorities in each country have the final say on what enters. If a parcel is refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties, incorrect information, or local restrictions, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds. We’ll always do our part with the paperwork, but customers are responsible for complying with local import rules.
Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment clears. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (or DM us if you’re unsure)
Q: What if my order isn’t showing up on the website?
A: Don’t worry 💌 — sometimes the system takes a little nap. We’ll keep you updated manually via email or DM, and you’ll still receive a tracking link once she’s ready to ship.

A: Nope — once an adoption is placed, it’s final. Pre-orders and made-to-order adoptions cannot be cancelled, as each one is crafted just for you.
Q: How long do pre-orders/made-to-order adoptions take?
A: Pre-order timelines are stated clearly on each product page. Waiting times may vary depending on materials and production. By adopting a pre-order, you’re agreeing to the stated wait time.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
A: Sometimes yes, sometimes no — it depends on timing. DM us with your order numbers, and if your Little Misses are ready at the same time, we’ll do our best to send them together.

A: Most of our Taiwan & Hong Kong mamas prefer PayPal 💕 It’s smooth, secure, and handles the currency conversion automatically.
Q: Will I be charged extra?
A: We never add extra fees from our side! Any small differences you see are from PayPal’s currency exchange.
Q: What currency do you charge in?
A: All payments are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but checkout will always be in SGD at the most current exchange rate.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Nope — all adoptions must be confirmed with upfront payment. Only then is your Little Miss officially reserved for you.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes! We use trusted third-party providers to process payments. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by us.

Q: Can I return or exchange my Little Miss?
A: All adoptions are final 💌 — no returns or exchanges once she’s officially yours.
Q: What if she arrives defective or incorrect?
A: In the rare case this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving her. To qualify, you’ll need to provide an unboxing video as proof. Once verified, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
(Note: Every Little Miss is carefully QC-ed (quality checked) by hand before leaving our studio, so defects are extremely rare)
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: Sorry — every adoption is a commitment. We don’t accept cancellations or refunds for change of heart, pre-orders, or made-to-order pieces.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If a return is approved, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier — we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.
Q: What if my order gets lost in transit?
A: Once your Little Miss is shipped, she’s in the safe paws of the courier. We’ll provide you with a tracking number to follow her journey. If a parcel goes missing, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the courier. We’ll support with any documents needed, but we cannot be held responsible for losses or delays once the parcel leaves our hands.
