At Collective by Aoki, every Little Miss is adopted with love 💌. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once your order is placed. Please read carefully before adopting your fluff.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds
- All items are sold as final sale.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or unexpected customs duties/fees.
- Customs duties and import taxes are always the buyer’s responsibility.
🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Item?
We only replace or refund if:
- The item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product in original packaging
- An unedited unboxing video as proof
If approved, you may choose:
✔️ A replacement item (if stock is available)
✔️ Store credit
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Once a parcel is handed to the courier, shipping delays or customs clearance issues are beyond our control.
- We will assist in liaising with couriers, but refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by Customs, duties, or courier backlogs.
- In rare cases of a parcel being officially declared lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
💼 Duties & Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to duties/taxes imposed by your country’s Customs.
- For U.S. customers: since Aug 29, 2025, the U.S. has ended its $800 duty-free rule. Parcels may face duties on arrival and longer Customs clearance times.
- These charges are not refundable and are payable by the customer directly.
- Refusal to pay duties/taxes will result in the parcel being returned or destroyed — in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
🎨 Color & Material Variations
- Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of faux fur/leather.
- Minor variations in stitching, fur direction, or finishing are part of the charm of handmade items and do not qualify as defects.
🛍️ Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
- Pre-order and made-to-order items have longer lead times.
- Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change due to production, or shipping delays.
- Delays will not be grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
- By placing a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, you agree to wait for the stated timeline (plus any reasonable delays).
🏷️ Limited Edition & Handmade Items
- Many Little Miss designs are limited edition or hand-finished.
- Each bag is unique — slight variations are expected and celebrated ✨.
📮 Wrong Address / Refused Delivery
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect, no refunds will be issued.
- Reshipping (if possible) will incur additional shipping fees.
🛡️ Chargebacks
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
- Any chargebacks filed in violation of these terms will be disputed with proof of order acceptance.
⏰ Timeline for Claims
- Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Beyond this period, no claims will be entertained.
💸 Sale & Discounted Items
- All sale, discounted, or promotional items are strictly final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
✍️ Custom / Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., embossing, stockist exclusives) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
🛍️ Third-Party Purchases
- Returns or refunds are only valid for purchases made directly from Collective by Aoki.
- We are not responsible for items purchased from resellers, third-party platforms, or unauthorized retailers.
🌪️ Force Majeure (Acts of God)
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or Customs seizures.

Collective by Aoki reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
