Made Just For You begins with colours and materials already living within the Collective by Aoki collection.

Choose an existing colourway you’ve fallen for, then decide whether you’d like her as a Mini Baby 19 cm or Little Miss 26 cm, with your preferred hardware and little feet.

Selected colourways and material stories from other eligible Collective by Aoki designs may also be brought into the Pillowpuff silhouette where possible.

Each request is individually reviewed before production because not every material behaves the same way on every shape.

Our team will contact you within 6 business hours to review your colourway request, check material availability and confirm that the selected material can be beautifully adapted to the Pillowpuff silhouette.

03 — You Confirm Her

We’ll confirm the colourway, materials, selected details and final pricing with you before production begins.

04 — Then We Make Her

Once everything has been confirmed, your Pillowpuff will enter production and be individually handcrafted specially for you.

Choosing gold or silver hardware, or with or without Little Feet, does not by itself change the base price.

Colourways using specialty leather, sequins, glitter finishes, specialty textiles or other higher-cost materials may be priced differently.

Mini Baby — 19 cm (19 × 10 × 13 cm)

A tiny Pillowpuff made for lighter days, small essentials and easy carrying. Compact, rounded and playful — just enough space for the little things you reach for most.

Little Miss — 26 cm (26 × 14 × 18 cm)

A roomier take on the Pillowpuff silhouette for days when you like to bring a little more along. She keeps the same soft, rounded character while offering noticeably more everyday space.

Final weight, texture and structure may vary slightly depending on the materials selected for your custom design.

Your estimated production period begins after your customisation, materials and final pricing have been confirmed with you.

Some specialty materials or more complex designs may require additional time.

If so, we’ll let you know before production begins.

Singapore

Your customised Pillowpuff will be prepared for delivery once production is complete.

International

International orders are shipped via a trusted courier service selected according to destination.

Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that the delivery estimate begins only after your custom Pillowpuff has completed production.

Customs duties, taxes or import fees, where applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every custom request is individually reviewed before production begins.

Once confirmed, your Pillowpuff is handcrafted according to the agreed size, colourway, materials, hardware and finishing details.

Before coming home, her materials, hardware, stitching, structure and signature Pillowpuff details go through our usual quality checks.

Only then is she carefully packed with her adoption essentials and prepared for her journey home.

Every Collective by Aoki piece is an original design, thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail.

Your customised Pillowpuff arrives with her own Adoption Certificate as a mark of authenticity.

Custom orders are subject to material availability and design feasibility.

Colours and materials must be selected from existing Collective by Aoki offerings. We do not offer custom-dyed faux fur colours or completely new material development.

Not every material can be adapted to every silhouette or size. Where a requested combination is not suitable, our team will let you know and help recommend the closest available option.

Different colourways may use different materials and craftsmanship, so final pricing may vary according to your selected design. Any applicable price difference will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Once your customisation, final price and design details have been confirmed and production has begun, customised orders cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or returned for change of mind.

As every Pillowpuff is individually handcrafted, slight variations in faux fur placement, leather grain, texture, colour, decorative finishes, stitching and measurements may naturally occur.

These little differences are part of what makes every customised Pillowpuff uniquely hers.
